Hopkins House was designed by the architects Michael and Patty Hopkins for their own use. It was built as a family home and office with the sparing use of materials and energy efficiency in mind. The architects were influenced by the Eames Case Study house of 1949. Hopkins House was listed Grade II* in 2018.
