The area covered on the map is largely empty, seems due to unproductive nature, and Mir Jumla Canal is flowing through the area, must be because of arid nature of the region, areas are completely empty and the canal would be the sole source of water. Only a small settlement area can be seen and south of it, a big toddy palm field of Nawab Shamsher Jang Bahadur is identifiable on the map. There is a tennis court and a stepwell within the compound must be for the maintenance of the garden also visible. Nawab Shamsher Jang Bahadur, a prominent personality, who was served as the attendant of 6th Nizam Mir Mahbub Ali Khan and even included himself one among the four ministers under Salar Jang. His family was related to the Asaf Jahi dynasty and had acquired large estates in the form of Jagirs. The generations belonged this family has conferred the title of Shamsher Jang Bahadur and the person who succeeds next will be in charge managing estates which were hereditary, hence, clearly visible on the map that estate would belong to Shamsher Jang Bahadur family.
