The channel which carries water into the Mir Jumla Tank is highlighted on the map. The Mir Jumla Tank, the oldest one, was constructed by the prime minister of Mohammed Quli Qutb Shah in the early 17th century, and after whom it was named as Mir Jumla Tank. The city completely relied on Mir Jumla Tank for pure filtered water. And, a Dhobi Ghat is visible on the shore of the canal. The Dhobi Ghat is the place where a traditional Dhobi caste washermen or women go to wash clothes. It can be always nearby a watershed, and on the map, it is placed on the shore of the channel. Surrounding areas are completely much of uninhabited in nature, must be due to the scarcity of water, and few sole flower gardens and gardens are visible. Moreover, many graves belong to Muslim Community are also identifiable.
