A number of main roads, while each one is either crossing or joining t the other and in between these roads locates the mansions of prominent people well depicted on the map. From the Khairiatabad road diverged Saifabad & Mahbub Yar Jang road and heading off, meanwhile, Khairiatabad Masjid road and Hussain Sagar Tank Band road are joined, portrayed on the map. Between Saifabad & Mahbub Yar Jang and Hussain Sagar Tank Band roads, lies the residence of Colonel Sir Afsar-ul-Mulk Br, known as Rahut Manzil and Mr. O.V Da' Costa, the Private Secretary of Nawab Khurshed Jah Bahadur of Paigah, are visible. This Rahut Manzil was bulit in Swiss style and all the furishing was done in European style. Afsar-ul-Mulk Br was the commander-in-chief of Nizam's Regular and Imperial Serviec Troops. His original name of Afsar-ul-Mulk Br was Mirza Muhammed Ali Beg, son of Risaldar, 3rd Lancers, Hyderabad Contingent. After his education at Aurangabad, appointed as Risaldar of Hyderabad Contingent and later as the commander of Golconda Brigade in 1885. He was known in many titles such as Afsur Jung, Afsir-ud-Daula, C.I.E, and M.V.O etc. Moreover, he was the close companion of 6th Nizam Mir Mahbub Ali Khan.
