On 4 March a crowd of 12,710 watched Australia 6-417 defeat Afghanistan 142 by 275 runs, the biggest win for a team in a World Cup match with Dave Warner hitting 178. On 6 March a crowd of 17,557 watched India defeat the West Indies by four wickets.
