Illuminating Time - Four Oceans, One Family: Norman Locke

Norman Locke is a fourth generation Chinese- American and CEO of the Columbia Coin Company. He was a founder of both the Chinatown Museum as well as the Lan Su Chinese Garden.

He was a former chair of the Portland Building Corporation and a Trustee of the Portland Art Museum. He also participated in the renovation of the Portland City Hall Building.
