Roberto Rivadeneira, born in Ecuador in 1991, is a muralist and visual artist who grew up in Quito and has been living and working in Berlin, Germany since 2015. After studying design in Sydney, Australia, Roberto's initial graphic work slowly evolved into an abstract interpretation, in which he explores the relationship between abstraction and everyday elements of our lives. Roberto primarily focuses on studio work and mural painting, creating pieces ranging from small works to large murals. He is strongly influenced by the painters of the early 19th century, modernism, Russian suprematism, contemporary culture, and everyday observations between different cities and societies. His works are not a statement, but rather an open invitation for the viewer to adapt to the space and atmosphere and interact with it.
