    Portia Maultsby: Since you're speaking along these lines now, we've been talking now about a Black format. "Black radio." "Black-oriented radio." Would you define for us "Black radio," or "Black-oriented radio," or is it the same thing? What makes it Black radio? Jack Gibson: Yeah, basically it would be the same. It's just that when you say "Black-oriented radio" it could be they may want to add a few other programs in there that maybe reach other minorities, or maybe other folks. When you say "Black radio" - "Black radio" is really supposed to be "Black" radio. I mean Black from top to bottom.
