In the second half of the 1920s, Radiojournal began to participate in international broadcasts by connecting the Czechoslovak radio network to international networks. Domestic listeners were first able to hear a speech given by the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Edvard Beneš, from Geneva in September 1926. Thereafter, listeners in the surrounding countries were able to tune in to music and spoken broadcasts from 1927, as is documented by the photograph of an information panel at a 1933 radio trade fair.
