Banner, blue and green cotton velvet ground, appliquéd scrolls of cream silk moiré edged with green silk cord and painted with text 'International Delegates', green appliquéd laurel wreath with painted details, edged with blue cord, blue twill weave cotton lining, eight blue velvet tabs for hanging, blue cord with a tassel at each end threaded through tabs, used at Jun 1908 NUWSS procession by international delegates on their way to an International Congress in Amsterdam [National Union of Women's Suffrage Societies (NUWSS)].
