Milele Museum is an interactive museum dedicated to stolen African artifacts and cultural traditions, created by a collective of African digital artists and researchers. Established in Rwanda in 2021, its objective is to subvert the prevailing discourse by giving Africans ownership and community involvement priority. The museum's digital space features interactive gaming experiences and 3D scanning technology to recontextualize artifacts and preserve African heritage. The Inyambo cow played an important role in the traditional Rwandan monarchy. During ceremonies, the inyambo cattle would a parade on traditional music and poetry to honor the ruling of the king.
Until today, the respect for the Inyambo cattle is still celebrated. In the tradtional dance, the dances hold their arms high, posing like the horns of Inyambo. This is to show elegance.
Inyambo sculptures are seen in the space of Rwanda.
