The 13th Amendment resolution is quoted at the center of the document. Signed in ink by Iowa’s Governor, William M. Stone, Iowa’s Speaker of the House, Ed Wright, Iowa’s President of the Senate, B. J. Lee, and Iowa’s Secretary of State, James Wright. The names of the members of the House and Senate who voted in affirmative are printed at left. Printed by F. W.
