Iron works production

During the SUREP intervention, the iron works training cluster used various materials such as kilns, raw iron ore, hammers, metal cutters, and chemicals. Trainees learned to make farming tools and jewelry, producing 10 to 15 units of each item. This new technology boosted their confidence. The program also led to the formation of the Thadla Sukur Youths Association, fostering community ownership. It revitalized economic resources, challenged caste/guild employment norms, and instilled a shared sense of accountability among cluster trainees.
