Ivory seal named "Tu Duc ngu lam chi bao", meaning "Imperial seal for emperor Tu Duc own approvement". Different from all other seals, the "Tu Duc ngu lam chi bao" seal was used for the documents that the Cabinet offers to the emperor's direct consideration.
