고종 5년(1868)에 문조비 신정왕후(1808~1890)에게 '숙렬(肅烈)'이란 존호를 올리면서 만든 어보이다. 신정왕후에게 생전에 존호를 올리고 만든 어보는 모두 옥보이다. 신정왕후의 능은 수릉(綏陵)으로 경기도 양주(楊州)에 있다.
