Jewels of the Blenheim Palace Formal Gardens: Episode 4

The Water Terraces were transformed in the 1920s, following Gladys Deacon's arrival as Duchess. A French landscape architect, Achille Duchêne, was chosen to create a formal setting inspired by the spectacular gardens of Versailles.
