Jhula (Cradle)

A jhula is a shrine (designed like a cradle) used for religious purposes. Idols of Lord Krishna are placed in it and worshipped. This jhula was in use at a residence in Ajmer. It was made from wood and extensively ornamented with gold paints and mirror work.
