Jurčič's letter to Johanna Otto

Correspondence between Josip Jurčič and Johanna Otto from 1880 is preserved. In his work Deseti brat, (The Tenth Brother) which is considered the first Slovenian novel, Jurčič immortalized Johanna Otto with the character of Manica, while he took over the character of her fiancé, Lovro Kvas.
