Illuminated parchment ketubah (formal marriage contract) recording the marriage of Shabbetai Sepilli and Esther Morpurgo of Ancona, married in Senigallia, Italy, in 1805. The parchment is cut to shape and illuminated with watercolours showing vignette of Ahasuerus offering Esther the sceptre, along with floral decoration, putti and griffins.
