The headdress-Cape has a very complex design, somewhat resembling a Latin American poncho. A piece of red trapezoidal cloth framing the oval of the woman's face, edged with a border, was sewn with a large silk scarf of Bukhara production – "shoya" (ikat), which covered the back to the floor. This handkerchief, bordered with stripes of embroidery with brushes, was in harmony with the breast part of the suit. Each of the Karakalpak tribe had their favorite designs and then we can determine what kind of happens girl.
Kyzyl kimeshek was worn by young women of childbearing age.
