Knife made by a local blacksmith from scrap metal and fitted with a with a wooden haft cut from muringaringa tree. The wood used is is durable and does not crack or break easily. It is used by the women for cutting grass for thatching,clearing grass for their cattles and cutting meat. It is never sold in the market but exchanged for animals or food.
