An epigraph defines this figure as Shutruru, the “master of the palace”, bow-bearer of Hanni and military commander. His head is adorned by a slightly bulbous headdress, probably similar to the one worn by Hanni, and his hair is collected together into a bun at the back of the neck. His chest is depicted frontally displaying the upper part of his short garment, which carries border band embellished with rosettes and broad fringes.
