The "Atlas of City Emotions" created an emotional map of the city by collecting the testimonies and memories of 400 people from Matera, aged between 10 and 80.
The stories and emotions were then elaborated into stories by the narrators of Alessandro Baricco's Holden School, while a group of over 40 artists directed by Stefano Faravelli created 37 installations linked to the maps.
The whole process gave life to La Secretissima Camera de lo Core, a labyrinth installation where the visitors can take action, move, touch and listen.
Thanks to this special map, the traveller dialogues with the city and expands his travel experience along a multisensorial route in several stages and environments.
