The Lady of Elche is one of the most important pieces in the National Archaeological Museum and the most famous of Iberian culture. Discovered in 1897 in the Alcudia district of Elche (Alicante), the sculpture represents the bust of a woman of unknown identity, who is said to have both human and divine characteristics.
