- Details: After the 1st workshop of LATA 65, we decided to continue the project. So we applied to the Participatory Budget of Lisbon - 2013. LATA 65 was elected among more than 200 projects and therefore will take place at all parish councils of Lisbon. The format we are doing is the 2 days of workshop, like we did in Azores: day 02 _ module 03 + module 04 03 _ Learning the STENCIL technique, this is the easiest street intervention technique to apprehend and appreciate and that also underpins the work of renowned artists, whose works will be presented during the first phase of this module. In a second phase, the participant will draw and cut their own stencils (molds), which subsequently will be used in the execution of the mural. 04 _ Execution of the MURAL, with the tagproject and the stencils created previously acting as support for the drawing and painting . Depending on the dynamics of the group, it may be created a common theme that will be explored by everyone in the painting of the mural. The trainers will paint the base of mural, that will later be filled in by all participants
