[Drawing] Don't tear her because she is very pretty.
One ideal type.
September 14, 1924. Sunday night.
My Alex, how can it be that I don't see you for 2 days and I miss you so much. I am writing you this so that you will believe something that you don't believe, but which is very true.
Who knows when this letter will reach you, because I don't know if there will be any post tomorrow, but in any case I think it will do for what I told you before.
As for the little doll above, you can see what progress I've made with my drawing, can't you? Now you know that I'm a prodigy in matters of art! So be careful not to find fault with this admirable psychological and artistic study of one "pay Checkz" (one ideal type).
Hey, kindred spirit, don't forget we're talking on Tuesday at 3 ½, alright? I have been thinking about you over the last couple of days and I hope there is a boy who has done the same, who I think is Panchito Pimentel's boss... that is, not the same one. You know what I mean... think of Mi...guel de Iturbide.
(Well you will forgive me for not writing any more but I started to draw the doll at 9 and it took me ¾ of an astronomical hour and ½ an hour to write, so its about 10 now and you know that makes me as sleepy as a chicken, but I'll keep writing this letter in my dreams and you know that I would end up writing enough to fill at least a thousand pages.
I love you very much.
