In June 1968, Tadeusz Różewicz settled in Wrocław, on Gliniana Street. His friend, the painter Jerzy Tchórzewski, jokingly referred to it in a letter. Różewicz met him in Krakow in the post-war years, when he was studying art history and entered the circle of painters from the so-called Krakow Group. There are about 80 of Tchórzewski's letters preserved in Tadeusz Różewicz’s collection.
