Letters exchanged between the Director of Public Instruction (DPI) of Bengal and the Principal of Presidency College (now Presidency University) regarding the use of chemicals for the purpose of making explosives.

Sen, the then Principal of Presidency College (now Presidency University), ordering him to make adequate arrangements for keeping the chemicals, that were used for making explosives, in safe custody.
