“Life Sustainers” sculpture, depicting the forces and resources that watch over humanity: Grandmother Moon, who regulates plant growth; the Thunder Man, whose rain waters Mother Earth; the Three Sisters, namely corn, beans, and squash; and strawberries – of sacred value. The corn mask represents the men and women who care for the cultivated land.

Le masque de maïs représente les hommes et les femmes qui prennent soin des cultures.
