Lin-Manuel Miranda Spending Summer in Puerto Rico

Each summer, Lin-Manuel would stay at his grandparents' house in Puerto Rico, experiencing the culture of Puerto Rico first-hand. The music, the food and the people are some of the things he references throughout his work, aside from the warmth of family and his roots.
