The Lost Luggage project looks to 3D printing to obviate unwieldy baggage in favor of a 3D-printed travel kit recreated from a single computer file; an innovative message with fantastic implications. The message seems simple yet so profound for the future: with a 3D printer necessary items can be printed and used, irrelevant of space. In fact, the objects presented in this project-not only the sweater, dress, and heels, but also the sunglasses, wristwatch, and bag-were all made elaborately enough to be used in real life.
