After completing her university degree, Lucia
Iannotta, the daughter and granddaughter of olive
growers and oil-producers, decided to take over
the family business to create something new,
a modern enterprise with an eye on tradition.
The family’s olive groves and oil mill, along with
the bottling process, are constantly monitored
so that the local Itrana olives can fully express
their potential.
