Lyon Ainay, Maison Dittmar

The Dittmar House at No. 20 is a home built by V. Farges in 1831 for the widow Dittmar. This is a fine example of lowrise buildings reserved for a bourgeois clientele where each tenant had a separate apartment on each floor. There is less decoration, although still repetitive, no penthouse floors, a Mezzanine and a French staircase.
