Whole mano with flat, even working surface and trough wear from a metate. Manufactured from gray basalt. This mano was recovered from the site of Pueblo Grande just east of a house. Pueblo Grande was a large village located at the headgates of a major canal system. Occupied as early as AD 500, the site reached its greatest extent during the Classic Period.
