Max Kauffmann (1855–1893), industrialist associated with the textile industry, entrepreneur, manager of a cotton spinning mill in Breslau. Grandson of Meyer Kauffmann (1796–1871), founder of well-known weaving factories in Silesia.
The tomb was built in the neo-Moorish style with the use of colored ceramics.
