Maxym Berezovskyi

Andriy Antoniuk (1941-2013), was born in the town of Pervomaysk, Mykolayiv province. He graduated from Odesa Art College in 1962. Since 1971 the artist lived and worked in Mykolayiv. For his series of paintings entitled “Bishop Ilarion”, “Feofan Prokopovych”, “Madonna of Bohopillia”, “Conversation with Universe” he received the National Shevchenko Award in 1994.
