Near Weilheim, not far from Tübingen, an unusual find was made during the building of a house in 1985. The bulldozer brought to light several pieces of an Early Bronze Age menhir, originally about 4.5 metres in height, from a depth of 1.5 metres. On the side which once faced west five halberds are depicted in bas-relief.
