Mercury Courtyard from Balcony

Ariana Huggett (Milwaukee, Wisconsin) spent a year as an artist-in-residence painting interior and exterior scenes at both the Villa Terrace and the Charles Allis Art Museums. The resulting paintings show a year’s worth of change through seasons and exhibitions, while also revealing some of the hidden views we don’t often get to enjoy.
