George Graham (1673-1751) Clockmaker, inventor and geophysicist. John Faber Jr (1695-1756) born in Amsterdam, came to England and learned drawing and mezzotint engraving from his father, became a well respected engraver of portraits, this one from an oil painting by Thomas Hudson (1701-1779) a successful English portrait painter.
