This gourd, extracted from a fruit or a creeping plant by the owner is left in the sun to make inner contents rot before the mouth is cut and contents removed. It is cleaned with a curved stick and the back of the tree paced inside with water and left in the sun for one week before the contents are removed. The back is used to remove the remaining contents. Decorations are often made by the owner. It is used to keep and carry baby's milk.
