The balcony at the theater of King Louis XV at Versailles, France, designed by Gabriel for the marriage of King Louis XIV and Marie Antoinette, and reopened on April 9, 1957 after being closed since the French Revolution of 1789. A model leaning against a gold fluted column on the balcony, wearing a white nylon tulle v-neck dress embellished with spangles and a matching white tulle stole by Dior. Accessories: unattributed crystal multi-strand necklace; unattributed light tan over-the-elbow gloves.
