Motorcycle Polo Fundraiser

Pictured here are members of the Reading Motorcycle Club and polo team in January 1931. The club organized a motorcycle polo match against the Silver Arrows of Norristown to raise money for the unemployment relief fund. According to an article in the January 5 edition of the Reading Times newspaper, Reading beat the Norristown motorcycle polo team 12-2 and raised $124 for the charity.
