Moulin Rouge

This post-impressionist painting by Francisco Bernareggi depicts an interior view of the famous Moulin Rouge in Paris. The artist painted it while he was in training, dismissing the limitations of impressionism. He studied alongside Pablo Picasso and became friends with Camilo José Cela when he settled in Palma, Majorca.
