Mt. Yudono and a large Ōtorii (large gateway to shrine)

Mt. Yudono represents the future and rebirth in the Journey of rebirth on the Three Mountains of Dewa. As Mt. Yudono is an extremely sacred place, photography is strictly prohibited and visitors must take off their shoes before entering the Shrine on the top of the mountain.
