Jyoti Bhatt was first a printmaker and painter. He studied and taught at Baroda. Later in his career, he travelled across India to photograph and document the endangered cultural practices of rural India, including traditional tools, houses, festivals and folk art.
This screenprint in the Kerala Museum, MNF collection is a take on the Sanskrit verse that it is named after, which translates to 'perspectives vary from one person to another.
