NASA/UH signing of memorandum of understanding

NASA/University of Houston (UH) signing of memorandum of understanding. Johnson Space Center (JSC) Director George Abbey signs a memorandum of understanding with University of Houston's President Glenn Goerke and University of Houston Clear Lake President Williams Staples.
