Nezugaseki's overnight dried squid

Overnight dried squid is made specially in the port town Nezugaseki. It reminds the people of Nezugaeseki of summer as rows of dried squid lines the seashore. The dried squid has a mellow and rich flavour as it is dried in the sea breeze of the Japan Sea.
