Nicolas Copernicus on the ex-libris of the Nicolaus Copernicus University Library

Ex-libris with Nicolaus Copernicus based on the sculpture by Bertel Thorvaldsen. The seated astronomer on the left holds an armillary sphere in his left hand, while on the right, there is a whimsical moving scene against the backdrop of stylized architecture of Toruń. The inscription reads: „EX LIBRIS BIBLIOTHEACE UNIVERSITATIS THORUNIENSIS”.
