Engines have been roaring around the Norisring race course since 1947. The Zeppelin Grandstand not only offers seating for thousands of spectators – it still remains a trademark of the event today. Few visitors today are bothered by the fact that from 1933 to 1938, the Zeppelin area was one of the principal sites for the Nazi Party Rallies in Nuremberg.
