Okamejei kenojei. Ocellate spot skate is a species of skate, family Rajidae. It is common in the northern Pacifc Ocean. Five gill slits and mouth locate at belly side. Eggs are oblong capsules with stiff pointed horns at the corners deposited in sandy or muddy flats.
